Recently I tried applying the comp.sources.unix "dialout" patches to 
dz.c and found the patches old for the 7.1 (6/5/86) version of dz.c.

These patches allow a modem to be used for both incoming and out going
directions.

Does anyone have updated "dialout" patches?
