Summary:

This is another case of "gee i remember seeing information about this
awhile back i sure wish i had saved that article". 

I'm looking for PD (Phil Karn's ?) implementation if tcp/ip for pc's.
any PD pc tcp/ip package will do really. If it supported slip i'd be in
hog heaven. I have internet (ftp) access.
