Hi, given the pos and vel vectors of a sat, I want to 
computes its pos at given times, and the points in space
and on the groud that it can "see" (ie, not blocked by earth).

I was told that a program quicktrak II exists to do something
like this, and might be in the ham archives on simtel20, but I 
can't find it in the misc ham stuff archives on pd3.

If anyone has info on a program like this, please let me know.
