It was up and running, and they had a bunch of copies for sale. I think the price was $195. I only had a quick glance at it, so I can't respond to the technical questions. The graphic editing screen looked very nice. The program seemed quick and responsive. They were not having any problems with it while I was in the store. They had it taking notes from a keyboard.
