Yes, indeed, I saw Music-X at Creative Computers in LA a couple of days
ago.  It was up and running, and they had a bunch of copies for sale.
I think the price was $195. 

I only had a quick glance at it, so I can't respond to the technical
questions.  The graphic editing screen looked very nice.  The program
seemed quick and responsive.  They were not having any problems with it
while I was in the store.  They had it taking notes from a keyboard.
It recorded and played back just the way you would expect.
 
So the new champ of delays (I think this really does beat Live!) is
finally here...
