Siggraph always has some number of meeting rooms at the conference that are available for sign-up on a first-come-first-serve basis. The last couple of years have always had an Amiga gathering of some sort there. Usually no "big-shots" show up, just a bunch of users doing really interesting things with their machines... Whoever gets there first signs up for a room in one of the time blocks. If you want good attendance, try to avoid getting times during classes or the Technical Session, thus the late afternoon time blocks go fast... As far as a less formal get together outside of the conference, well if you figure out how many people to expect there are tons of places to meet and drink. Let me know and I might be able to set it up (reservations, etc). Also, the Boston Computer Society Amiga Group may be planning a special meeting in honor of Siggraph, much as some California group did in S.F (or was it Anaheim?) that was quite a success, but I am not involved in that... > >See you in Boston.....
