grave consequences. It all depends on the authority at hand. Usenet is
sort of an anarchy, the old ARPAnet was run by DARPA and they would pull
the plug on sites that misbehaved, and now NSFNet hasn't made any real
solid statement that I've seen. So ignore it and move on. Life is to
short to bicker about it...
