Hmmmm this looks real familiar - On the 2000 that runs BERKS AMIGA BBS (yes I have 2 2000's ;-) it uses 2 A2090's each with 2 hard drives. From a cold boot everythings fine, on a warm boot the binddrivers command hangs the system. This results in my being forced to power off for 60 secs and then re-booting. Ive never looked into it, but mabybe its about time I do a bit of digging. Have you friend put ECHO statements before and after the binddrives command to see if thats where his system is hanging. It wont stop it, but if thats where it hangs it gives him an idea where to start.
