With code larger than 64 K the program must be segmented.  Two directives
are available in TML Pascal $Dseg and $Cseg.  I suggest that those having
problems start looking in the manual index for Data Segmentation and Code
segmentation.  page 71 and 174  as well as appendices B,C & D
