   A while back I seem to remember something being said about how
compressed files are corrupted when they go from usenet to bitnet.  I
think it had something to do with the ascii/ebcdic conversion.  I don't
remember the particulars..  I just need to know the story, because
I would like to get mydos4.5 when it comes through...  thanks
