Atari stopped shipping TOS 1.4 on disk months ago.  The OS has gone several
revisions since that time.  We now only ship TOS 1.4 on PROMS to developers.

If your basing your desisions on an older release of the TOS developer
disk I *HIGHLY* suggest that you contact Gail Johnson @ Atari Developer
Support for an update.
