	At this point, everyone who requested a copy of the socket code should
have recieved a message from me in reply. Because of the demand, I am going
to make a current version of the code available via anonymous ftp from 
umbc3.umbc.edu [130.85.1.3], and I will mail copies to uucp-only sites.

	If you ftp this code, I would like to know about it, as I will be
mailing out information and bug fixes to all the users.

	If you did not recieve a message from me regarding this (assuming that
you requested one) Please send mail and I'll try a different mailing route. So
far nothing has bounced back to me ...

	For the moment I am simply going to forward interesting mail to my
list of socket users. If the volume gets large, I will set up a proper 
mailing list.
