I heard that there is a way to run Dos(IBM-PC) oriented application software such as dBaseIII+, Paradox, WordPerfect...etc on the vaxstation 2000. Is Vax-mate-Dos such a program? How could we run Dos oriented application on the vaxstation 2000? More over, since i am a novice to the vax world, i appreciate that somebody in the net let me know what kind of ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) relational databases 2) Network OS to IBM-PC 3) Scanner and its software ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- are mostly popular and reasonable in prices on the vaxstation 2000. Much thanks in advance. --Geunbae Lee, UCLA-CS-AI.
