I have recently purchased the HP multi-font cartridge known as the
"Pro-Collection".  The cartridge provides 65 different fonts on the
HP LaserJet II printers.

I am having a problem with getting these fonts out onto my documents
prepared with Multimate Advantage II.

Does anyone have a chart or table that I can use to work out which
PAT, FONT and PITCH combination I need to access the different fonts?
