Excuse me - a correction to my correction.

	rule 2) should state:

	2) the year ends in 00 and is NOT divisible by 400

also, the AND at the end of rule 1) should be an OR.

Thus:
	1) the year is divisible by 4 and does NOT end in 00  OR
	2) the year ends in 00 and is NOT divisible by 400

Why can't I see these things BEFORE the article goes out?  Oh well :-)
