I seem to recall seeing an RCS-like program for MS-DOS go by on the
net in the last year or so. However, a quick glance through the index
of files on SIMTEL20 doesn't seem to show such a beast. Is this just
a figment of my imagination, or is there really such a program out 
there? [please reply by email - I will summarize to the net.]
