I run OS/2 1.1 on a generic klone 386 sytem consisting of a 20 mhz AMI mother with AMI bios and a VEGA VGA card with no problems. I have installed 1.1 on a number of non-IBM systems, and the only problems arise with poorly implemented EGA cards and funky keyboard stuff in the bios.
