I am looking for a text formatter (a program that interprets an ascii
file with embedded commands ala Scribe or Troff and produces printer
output, not a "word processor" with a built-in editor) that runs under
Mess-DOS.  Ideally the program should be fairly small/simple, not need a
hard disk to run, and be free with source code.  Does anyone know of
such a program?  Please mail responses and I will summarize to the
net---thanks very much.
