The programs in /pc/ts/tsfcom21.arc and the filter in
/pc/ts/tsfilt13.arc and /pc/ts/ts2flt10.arc migth be of some use
here.  No source codes available, though, but the filters in
ts2flt10 are user configurable.  Available by anonymous ftp from our
site.
