For fast adressing of text-passages within FW-textframes we need a cursor
positioning function, NOT written in FRED (this is what we do now as an
awful slow emulation), but most preferrably in a compilable language.
If you know of such an utility, linkable to the FW-environment and maybe
of other such goodies (fast grep-like searches) please let me know.
Framework is a nice "ready-to-hand" design-environment, but has it's
extreme drawbacks (speed, database-access,etc.), which might be overcome
by the right tools.
