I want to use an AT motherboard as a single board computer (WITHOUT
MS-DOS running).  I will be developing firmware applications using the
AT board as merely the CPU engine. 

Does anyone sell a ROM set which, instead of BIOS and MS-DOS bootstrap,
has a simple monitor with debugging features?  Or do I have to chop up
the BIOS and MS-DOS utilities like DEBUG to make my own?
