Dollars/Sense is too cumbersome, and has more features than I need. My plan was to find something that handled the books. Anything thing else would be handled via a quick Export to Excel. (why pay twice?). I found a small package within the pages of MacWAREHOUSE. Dac Easy Lite is under $50 and is currently working out well. It has the features you requested, and is only difficult to handle if you know nothing about accounting. I don't care for the documentation, or having to purchase their forms or support. Maybe that's why it is so low priced, huh? BTW, I have created a MACPAINT document that will allow invoice production without DAC EASY's preprinted forms. I talked with their software developement people, and they admitted outright that they would rather sell laser forms than supply a template with the package. It's not an easy choice. You need to know that the product will be supported in the future, and be flexible in daily use. I'd recommend spending the time now, not later when you have many months of screwed up books behind you. Ken (wait'll they get'a load'a ME) Tidwell.
