Better yet, FTP the executables from CUNIXC.CC.COLUMBIA.EDU
(128.59.40.130) which is the home of Kermit.  The machine is open for
"anonymous" ftp, send the your ID as the password.  The files are in
kermit/b/ckmker.* which has a number of files:

These are the files for version 0.9 of MacKermit.  This version of
Kermit works on anything from a Mac Plus and higher.  If you want to
use Kermit on a Mac 512K or Mac 128K, then you will need version 0.8
of MacKermit:
