I want to disable the Receive On/Off radio button of the Broadcast
message facility so that users cannot prevent messages from being
received. The Receive On/Off radio button is displayed in the 
Chooser dialog when Broadcast is selected. I've looked at the
file with ResEdit but can find no controls that appear to represent
this item. Does anyone know how I can disable this Receive On/Off
control (preferably removing it from the screen entirely)? Thanx.
