There is only one way I've heard how to do this:

      In MSWord version 3.02, select 'Print' from the file menu.
      Hold down <COMMAND>-F and click on the 'OK' button.
      It should then generate a postscript file on your disk.

If ya don't have MSWord, then you're S.O.L.
(at least according to my limited knowledge).
