By the time you read this, HP should be out with the Mac-specific version
of the DeskJet, called the DeskWriter.  I don't know about prices; but; as 
a plain DJ goes for $549 in our neck of the woods, I'd say look for street 
prices for the DeskWriter in the $700-$800 area.
