In fact, you don't need to hold down the CMD key at all. Immediately after clicking OK, press "F" or "K" and you will get the "creating postscript file" message. BTW, this doesn't work if background printing is enabled. Also, as someone posted earlier, K will include laser prep header, whereas F will not ( I think that's how it is...I can never keep that straight!).
