I think I'm losing my mind ...

A few months ago, someone posted an app or DA that would simply
concatenate multiple text files. I used it to make a single
binhex file of the (HUGE!) v3.0 Apple Technical Notes Stack.

So, when the v3.1 stack showed up on sumex, I grabbed the nine
parts.  But no combining program! I've scanned all my disks, and
can't find it ...  I also checked the info-mac archives, but no
luck.

Could someone write to me and tell me its name?  If I still
can't find it, I'll write back to see if I can get another copy.
