Regarding the use of a Tags capability in MPW, The text
editor Preditor has built-in tags support, supporting
C, Pascal and Fortran function and data-type definitions.

In the C lanugage for example, it will tag all functions
definitions, as well as typedefs, #defines, etc.

Forget what the constant value for 'updateEvt' is ???
