My understanding is that a Sun 3/60 uses 1MBx9 100ns Simms.  Are there any
parameters beyond these to consider in shopping for Simms? 

Do the 1MB Simms for Sun 4/60, 4/3xx, 4/110, 386i differ in some way from
those for a 3/60?

Is there any value in getting 80ns Simms for a Sun?
