I need help with TeX. I recently got a version of DosTeX (2.93) from 
the SIMTEL20 archive server at NDSU. I would like to get the following:

1) Fonts - 12 and 17 point pk240 fonts

2) A DVI to Epson driver that works. I have the one included in the 
   package, and It tends to freak out quite often.

3) a DVI to HP laserjet driver.

4) an EGA or CGA previewer (Why did they include a hercules driver?)

5) any starters guide type materials, or info related to this version.

Any pointers, hints, suggestions, ramblings, files, or other info
would be appreciated greatly....
