The facts:

	AT clone, Microport V/AT 2.4 L

1)  Why does sar -d yield no output?
2)  Why does sadp yield the the message "no disk counter"
3)  Is there a way to test the effiency of the disk interleave
    factor while running under unix?  (I know about spinrite under
    dos, but currently have no dos partition.)
