Well, we appear to have resolved our little Ultrix problem.  I swapped the
VMS and Ultrix disks in the machine and re-installed Ultrix and UWS, and
everything runs great.  Unfortunately, now the VMS disk is getting trashed.
This leads us to believe we have some flaky hardware -- though something that
the customer diags didn't pick up.  DEC FS has been called in.
