Presently I am trying to setup TCP/IP using a serial line. The docs
say to use 'slattach'. When I try to use it according to the docs,
I get a 'No such device' error. The line I'm trying to use is
/dev/tty15. My config is:

	BSD 4.3
	VAX 750
	8 MB.
	16 lines
