I need to convert some x10 format fonts to bdf so I can use them in an X11
server.  I know absolutely nothing about X10 font formats so can someone
point me at a program that will do the conversion, or something
documenting the format.

I do not have access to an X10 server so the x10fonttox11 program in the
X11R3 contrib is no use.
