Does any know how Round join style should be handled for polylines
that double back on themselves:
           2 & 4
   1 *-------*-------*5
	     |
	     *
	     3

Should point 3 have a rounded end placed on it or not?
I can't find anything in the protocol about how this case should be handled.
It would seem that you would want to but the mi code does not round it.
