It doesn't seem to like the Sun C compiler though -- won't compile but compiled sucessfully using gcc-1.35. Same kind thing happened with my other Sun-3 under OS 4.0.1. Bash-0.99 has been removed from prep, and no diffs are available. This is the only time that this will happen. Periodically, I place newer versions of Bash on prep.ai.mit.edu, and make a small announcement about it to this list. Right now Bash-1.01.tar.Z is present. When I fired-up bash, the prompt is "bash$" instead of "bash>". It is supposed to be "bash$". You are the second person to ask me this question. Is there any documentation stating that it should be "bash>"? Brian
