I built Emacs 18.53 on a DEC station 3100 and it works
fine except that under DEC's X11 (specifically under their
session manager) the initial call to XGetDefaults results in
a call to abort. I don't have source to DEC's X11 library
but the parameters to the call to XGetDefaults appear to be 
ok.

Anyone else have this problem/know a quick fix?
