I think I found the problem with *my* copy of Gnus 3.12...

My link to this mailing list is via bitnet.  Bitnet silently
truncates lines  > 80 chars.  When unpacking, I got different
filesizes for some of the parts.  I noticed this first in the
Makefile when it complained about needing a seperator....

Is it possible for someone (Bob??) to remail Gnus 3.12
in its full entirety (sorry) through the following path (UUCP)
