If you think there is any fraud or malpractice taking place, then you are insulting the intelligence of these people - note also that the Governing Body of the U.S. also accepts Soviet observers being present. They need insulting, both the EUUG and the U.S. They need to get a little more involved in who is doing what to/for them and where/why THEIR money is being spent. Any organization is capable of sticking it's members. It is no insult to claim that a mistake has been made. It's no insult to point out that the bureacracy of any organization needs careful scrutiny by it's membership. --Lee (Ward)
