I think we've seen it enough in the press to believe it's real, but, I'd like to hear more details about the actual complaint. Is it the sound chip, the MIDI interface, both, ...? Do you have more information on this suit, Apple vs. Apple? When Apple sued Microsoft, we saw postings of the actual complaints and counter-complaints. I'd be curious to see the original agreement between Apple and Apple as well as the recent complaint of Apple vs. Apple.
