Not as I understand it.  Anybody is free to distribute almost all of the
individual articles they forward, individually or in small groups, or
as a subset of a larger feed.

You just can't redistribute the exact same set or something just like it.

In the same way, while I am free to do anything I like with all of the words
in the unix spelling checker dictionary, I am not at all free to copy the
complete list to anybody.
