This sounds plausible, and there is a definite point you've made, but
neither is a neutered Christianity going to be feminist.  It seems to
me that one wants a PLAY of gender attributes, possibly a dramatic and
unstable one (except that most people are hung up on the notion of an
unchanging divinity.)  Now, if only I could get my own conceptions of
gender figured out, I might be able to understand the applications of
that to theology :-)
