This space currently houses 3 people.  The warehouse is at
77 Florence St, close to Dundas and Dufferin - 20 minutes
by bike or streetcar from U of T downtown campus.  Rumour
has it that the building is a converted Planters Peanuts
factory.  

The rent is ~$780/mo., including utilities.
It's available July 15; Aug 1 occupancy will be considered.
