Is there any way to get a list of all financial affiliations, with
potentially benefitting competitors of BIONET, of all those at NIH who
helped make the decision to shutdown the resource.

Since there is no rational basis for a decision such as this maybe we
should look for other reasons.   Perhaps "60 Minutes" may be interested.
