It would be real nice, if the people who are discussing C optimizations move to comp.lang.c, and the people who think that TRON is Japan's answer to UNI, would move the discussion to comp.os.misc. Or even comp.os.tron, I don't care! On a related note, isn't it about time we split this newsgroup into two separate components? One for CPUs (RISC vs CISC), and one for everything else. If I see one more article on 'why RISC is better than CISC', or vice- versa, I'll scream. In summary, there's more to Computer Architecture than the number of transistors on the CPU!!
