There is currently a 7-week backlog in comp.binaries.ibm.pc.  I will
clear this in the next 4 weeks or so by increasing the volume of
postings, in most cases testing them much less thoroughly to speed up
the moderation process.

There is also a backlog of queries from people who submitted software
that hasn't appeared yet.  I will be getting to them in the next few
days.

I hate to see comp.binaries.ibm.pc near the top of the 25 most
voluminous newsgroups, but it will happen for a while.  There is a
tremendous amount of good software that deserves wide distribution.

Due to numerous requests, I will also repost the zoo archive program
after the backlog is cleared.
