I recently went to 'Advanced ORACLE For Developers' class and recevied
as a handout of an RPT program which will give a nice print-out of
a FORM (much more readable than the .inp file).  The file name on
the banner page is newform.rpt, the author is Dennis Cochran, and the 
date of the last update was 4/6/88.

Does anyone have this that would be willing to email me a copy?  It 
would save a great deal of typing and typo's.
