I've been reading this newsgroup for a few weeks, trying things that come up, doing my best to follow what people are doing. So far, it's been okay, but I've got a couple of questions -- People refer to the "red" book, and the "blue" book, and even the "green" book. Do they have titles other than that? Are there other colours of books? Who are they by? Are they available at better bookstores, or do I have to mail away for them? Does somebody have the publisher's name(s) and the books' ISBNs or stock numbers or something, so that I can get these books and immediately start mystifying the neophytes? I suspect that the answers needn't be posted. If some kind soul could mail me the information I seek, I'd sure appreciate it.
