	A scientist I'd like to stay in touch with is going on a
sabbatical to Brazil; he doesn't think that where he's going has
any e-mail connections, but they'd be interested in getting one.

	So, the first question for me to ask: are there any foreign
e-mail connections to Brazil _already_? Has anybody out there ever
sent e-mail to Brazil?
