I have an EXCEL file on a Macintosh disk, and I am a IBM user with
EXCEL software available.  I can get to a MAC with modem, but don't
know anything about ftp's(?), etc.  How can I find out how to
transfer these files?  I can pay to have it done at a store locally, 
but may have need for the same process in the future and would like
to do it myself, if possible.
